Welcome to our family restaurant, a purely Szechuan restaurant. At Hungry Chilli, you are able to taste authentic Szechuan homely dishes that are in great difference to that in other restaurants. You will be astounded to discover that besides tasting noted hot and spicy savour, you will find many other flavours. The basic seven savours -sourness, sweetness, bitterness, spicy, numbness, aroma and saltiness develop eight flavours: Yuxiang (fish taste), Mala (numb and hot), Suanma (sour and numb), Hongshao (red cooking or braising), Lazi (hot spice), HongYou ( red spicy oil), Guaiwei (unusual taste) and Jiaoma (salty and numb).
In our restaurant, the variety of heavy flavours of Szechuan dishes will let you get extraordinary feelings. You may order your dinner to suit your taste from mild to hot, or extremely hot.
