Excellent service, friendly, accessible and has a familiarity of ease. Great food for veggies and meat eaters!

Great healhty food. Cozy understated atmosphere. Yummy breakfasts. Just wish they were open on Sunday.

We love this place. We've been going regularly for about three years and every visit is just as great as the next. The staff is lovely and the food is superb. Try the fish cakes on Friday. They're the best in town.

Absolutely fabulous! The best paninis in Halifax. Try the goat cheese and roasted veggie panini. It's amazing.

Great place to eat if you're vegetarian and most veggie meals can be made non-veggie by adding chicken or shrimp.
